Защита Ведьмака очень не любит программы типа CloneCD or DaemonTools. Просто их наличие на компьютере может привести к падениям игры. Если вы испоользуете скачанный из инета образ, смиритесь с тем, что спокойно поиграть вы не сможете.
4. Игра во время инсталляции выдаёт ошибку:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Command line option syntax error. Type Command /? for Help
Нужно почистить системный реестр. Если он «забит и заезжен», это может мешать установке данного компонента. Если чистка реестра для вас явление незнакомое и непонятное, то просто создайте новую учётную запись Windows и поставьте игру под ней.

6. Игра выдаёт сообщение с требованием вставить оригинальный диск.
1) Удалите к такой-то матери все эмуляторы, какие есть типа Alcohol 120%, clone-cd и т.п. Если это не помогло, приступайте к следующим пунктам.
2) Перезагрузите компьютер.
3) Деинсталируйте SPTDdriver

4) Нажмите Пуск>Командная строка>введите «regedit»
5) Найдите и удалите:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall\
6) Затем делаем следующее:
Пуск>Панель управления>system>hardware>device manager>systemdevice>
и удалите SCSI i RAIDcontroller и A347SCSI SCSI Controller (хотя это не так важно) и Plug & Play BIOS Extension
7) Пуск>Командная строка> введите «regedit» и удалите:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\a347scsi
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\a347bus
8) Пуск>Мой компьютер>c:>windows>system32>drivers>
Удалите:
a347scsi.sys
a347bus.sys
9) restart pc
10) Теперь всё должно запуститься.

Такое встречается у обладателей карточек от ATI. С помощью утилиты ATI Tray Tools включите Geometry Instancing

I don’t know why I’m getting this error. I have a new laptop, from this year. I know a laptop isn’t the most powerful but the game’s only from 2008. I tried looking at other threads to find a solution but I couldn’t understand a word of what they were saying, it all sounded like gibberish when I read it aloud. I’ve tried GOG but I had the same problem. I even followed the instructions in one of their support articles that was easier to understand but the game would never open. I wouldn’t get the error message but I’d be looking at my desktop. I’m already working on getting a refund from them so I’d rather not go back to it.
I’d appreciate any help to get the game to work through Steam.
I think I found a solution. Well, it works for me anyway. I posted it on their forums, it’s on the last post from Walter Sullivan on the «Edit2» bit.

Don’t know about that last one with registry since I can’t check it myself but if you can manage to make game stop detecting integrated graphic card and only second dedicated one I am afraid you gonna have to use Launch options «-dontForceMinReqs» workaround which even if helps stop error to appear it makes all texture quality set to low without possibility to change it.

I know that my computer can run this game but It won’t even try because when I start the game I get a message «Minimum requirements not met!» which prevents my computer from even attempting to run the game.
Edit: I managed to be able to open the launcher by editing the files and adding dontForcemin to the target but when the steam play window comes up I get the «Minimum requirements not met!» message again which stops me from playing.
Doing this unfortunately does restrict many of the graphics options in the game. For instance, resolution is limited to roughly 720p, and the textures are always going to be the lowest option. It is however the only way to play the game. Trust me, I spent many hours searching for solutions on the internet, and tried some of my own, like messing around with my graphics card settings and downloading mod textures, but nothing fixed it or let me use higher settings.
As for why this occurs at all, it might be due to the Virtu MVP ability of motherboards messing with the games ability to detect the right card. I’m not positive on this, but many other people experiencing this have confirmed they have compatable motherboards. I also tried messing around with the settings of Virtu MVP, including uninstalling it and disabling my iGPU, but nothing worked. They did release version 2.0 of the software recently which you have to pay for, and I doubt it fixes the problem, but you never know.

su 3 solo il secondo funziona
gli altri danno problemi, steam non risponde, o meglio non ha un servizio clienti accidenti a loro, e mi indirizzano su CD PROJECT RED cui ho fatto richiesta. ma la vedo dura che rispondano in tempo e io vorrei giocare al più presto
Il primo gioco non parte all’avvio dicendo il classico «Minimum system requirements not met.»
ma non posso modificarlo come vedo sui vari video youtube xkè nn ho la casella proprietà uguale a loro, cioè sono sprovvisto del Target in cui inserire il codice

Minimum requirement error for the first The Witcher game is in most cases wrong and at same time a bug.
There are two possible solutions for this game error:
PS the first workaround in that link can be done in other way by going to steam library and:
1. Right click game, click properties.
2. Click Launch Options.
3. Type «-dontForceMinReqs» (without quotes).
4. Save options.
But if you used second fix then you don’t need this first solution specially since it locks texture to low if you use first solution.
Second solution if you brave enough to try just don’t use first solution with this:

So, I just got it in the summer sale, I downloaded it, when I clicked play, it said «Warning Minimum System Requirements Not Met.» but still said that I was playing it. So I went to the task manager, clicked on the dropdown bar at «The Witcher» and the only thing that was there was «error». I went to the steam folder, and went to steamapps. There I clicked on the laucher thing, the launcher opened, but when I clicked on «Lauch Game» it said «Warning Minimum System Requirements Not Met. I tried running the troubleshooter, nothing helped. I can play games like skyrim with a bit of lag, but not this game.
These are the System Requirements of the game:
CPU:Intel Pentium 4 2.4 GHz or Athlon 64 +2800
CPU Speed: 2.4 GHz
RAM: 1 GB
OS: Windows XP/Vista
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 6600 or ATI Radeon 9800 or better
Sound Card: Yes
And here are my laptops specs:
CPU: Intel Pentium CPU 2127U
CPU Speed: 1.90 GHz
RAM: 4 GB
OS: Windows 8.1 Single Language.
Video Card: Not listed in the PC info.

Actually, never mind, did a bit more research, and a new solution came up, when I right clicked the game in the steam library, clicked properties, then set launch options, I wrote this.
Glad you found solution as for that thing that says that you playing game even when you open error window only thats actually normal behaviour it only counts playtime when you luanch something of that game as if you playing game and it can be anything error or even opened browser as well or just a menu window that lets you choose to between starting game or map editor or change game/graphic settings or anything else extra function added in such menu steam just can’t count actual playtime it only counts when you luanch a software and it won’t make any difference if its a game or error window its just how things work its unlikely to be part of any problem you might be facing.
People can have a problem playing and counter will say they been playing for hours while in actual fact they were trying to find fix for any problem they might be having.
